Press Release-

TEAM ARCTIC RACERS ON TOP AT RMSHA BEAR LAKE HILLCLIMB

6 Wins, 15 Podiums and One King Title for the Mountain Race Team

Team Arctic hillclimb racers were on the gas and climbing high at the RMSHA Bear Lake event in Montpelier, Idaho, claiming six class wins, 15 podium positions and one King of the Mountain title while competing on Stock, Improved and Mod Arctic Cat M Series snowmobiles with the ProClimb chassis.

David McClure (above) proved his talent and the power of a Speedwerx-tuned Arctic Cat 600 DSI C-TEC2 engine, scoring wins in both 600 Improved and 700 Improved. Jessie Ottobre was another double-winner on the weekend, claiming both Women’s 600 and Women’s Improved finals on her M Series sleds.

After finishing atop three finals at the first race of the season, Todd Tupper attacked Bear Lake with a win and two runner-up finishes in the Masters classes. And Trevor Keller took the win in Semi Pro Stock and then backed it up by claiming the prestigious Stock King title.

“Congratulations to our great racers and teams who delivered a strong performance at the Bear Lake hillclimb,” said Mike Kloety, Team Arctic Race Manager! “Six class wins, 15 podium spots and one King title are impressive results, and we anticipate more success at the coming events. We have an all-new front suspension and rear suspension on the 2016 M Series sleds. With more testing and events, the racers and teams will continue to dial-in the handling throughout the season.”

The next RMSHA hillclimb is Feb. 29 in Afton, Wyo. ISOC National snocross resumes Feb. 26-27 in Mt. Pleasant, Mich. And the next USXC cross-country race is Feb. 28-29 in Warroad, Minn.
