I had the same problem with the audio and the music leevls. The interviews sounded so muffled but I know it wasnt that way when I watched it on your computer. What are your audio settings?Great job capturing the event I like the professors interactions with each other. I dont think what they are saying when you do the title cards matters as much as the cards I think its okay to focus on the reading and not the voices in the background it sounded like you made them more quiet for this reason?

Not all batteries are easy to rpaelce alot depends on the car. Some are in plain sight under the hood. Some in the trunk, some under the back seat. battery price depends alot on the warranty a battery with a 3 year warranty will run around $ 90. if you pop the hood and cant visibly see the battery that price is kinda high but probably fair.
