Yes, the Arctic Cat Wildcat Can Fly

(10/19/2011)

2012 Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000

The photos were taken in Barstow, California, where Arctic Cat held a press launch for the new Wildcat side-by-side. Press "launch" is a perfect name for this event.

Late in the day, I accompanied some very confident riders on a short spin. I was lucky to my trusty Nikon with.

I'll have a complete evaluation of the Wildcat posted here soon. For now, enjoy the following jump sequence:

Amazing machine. Really. The Wildcat is completely unfazed by this kind of stuff.

Is it just me or is that an amazing amount of air time for a vehicle that size?

We had a consumer ride on Saturday and 161 people rode the Wildcats. We had to ride along with them but allowed them to ride to their ability. No John, we did not allow the air time you evidently experienced.

I can say this, those riders loved the Wildcat. California dealers and consumers are Wild over this vehicle. What an experience!!

Bob, given how many times I've rolled various vehicles in the past, your question is legitimate.

By the way, I saw your Arctic Cat trailer in Barstow... do I owe you advertising money because you've added an ArcticInsider decal to it? Thanks!

Don't owe me a thing. I enjoy giving people out here your website information. The more dealers and consumers reading this site, the better for Arctic Cat. Thanks for your support.
