While it may be bucking a larger trend, Arctic Cat's decision to in-source future snowmobile engine production appears to echo the decisions of some other big companies.

Here's an interesting story about it in the Star Tribune.

Last winter, Cadarette Racing's Troy Dewald and Jeff Leuenberger piloted an Arctic Cat Sno Pro 600 to a historic win in the 42nd Annual Soo International 500 enduro.

Speed Channel will air the story on Wednesday, Aug. 4.

Less loss than normal for 1st Qtr, which is good.

Ditto for reduced inventory (at Cat and dealers), increased ATV market share and no debt.
