Arctic Cat Buys Back Suzuki's Stock Shares

Was it a cash deal, or did Arctic Cat write a check?

As of today, Suzuki Motor Corp. no longer owns 33 percent of Arctic Cat, and Cat is another BIG step closer to controlling its destiny for engine sourcing.

All it cost was a cool $79.3 million buckaroos.

The answer: Yes. It just looks different than the TCL on the 2-strokes.
