FOLLOW THE 2nd ANNUAL 1000 MILE CHALLENGE TODAY (3/10)

Rudi Fowler, a diehard Arctic Cat snowmobiler from New Brunswick, brought an event to my attention that might be of interest to anyone following ArcticInsider. Rudy, and friend Sam Charters, will be attempting a personal challenge covering 1000 trail miles in one day, on two Arctic Cat snowmobiles.

Their 24 Hour 1000-Mile Challenge will take place today (3/10/22) and you can follow them via a live tracker as they cover the entire Province of New Brunswick. The duo completed the challenge last year with 20 minutes to spare and raised $16,000 as a fundraiser to send kids to camp.

The riders are equipped with two-way satellite tracking by Garmin Inreach, and anyone interested can track their location live on social media and on a tracking website HERE.

  1. Good luck to them, I’ve ridden most of those trails, and the last few times I was there, they were not groomed very well to say the least, and I’m trying to be kind.

  2. March 10th and cat announces some dumb share the ride. When the snow here in New York is GONE. Still haven’t got my 22. And nothing for 23 release date. Kale what is going on?
