Craigslists-of-the-Week: Already Three Winners for November

(11/6/2013)

With the ramping up of winter comes the much-anticipated increase in entertaining Craigslist snowmobile posting.

This week offers three excellent examples from Arctic Cat owners in the Twin Cities.

The first one makes a strong visual statement to everyone that sees it.

I can appreciate the boss attitude, especially when applied to a sled that, in a drag race, pretty much humiliated any other sled of its era.

But it's probably not the best graphic for those times when you get pulled over by a conservation officer.

You have to dig a little into the sales copy of the above '09 Arctic Cat Sno Pro 600 before you're rewarded with a laugh. I'll spare you the effort by circling the pertinent statement (below).

Hahahahahahahah....!

The last post for today's story is another 2003 Firecat, albeit the 440 race sled.

Two things:

First, a tip to the seller: Do NOT ride behind '09 Sno Pro sleds that don't have the extra large snowflap. Because without the air-intake piece on the front of the hood, you're essentially shoveling snow into the engine.

Second, I want to know the story behind the burned seat. I suspect something humorous.

That's all for now, thanks for reading.

I feel like the guy in the first ad was trying to spell f-u-n on the side of his sled but simply ran out of room?

, I was impressed to find that I got an issue each day by the time I wake up (about 9 or 10 AM local), but unprimessed with the selection of stories. What's more, it was even worse to see that the majority of the news articles were repetitive stories, being repackaged and retold in different ways. For example, there were three stories in yesterdays edition considering a shooting on a bike trail. They were merely told from the different perspectives of those involved. So yeah, cool to see Alaska taking a part in the 21st century. Not so cool to see that it's a not-so-active part.Help other customers find the most helpful reviewsa0Was this review helpful to you?a0 | a0 http://jtyswmdftw.com ouqrwe [link=http://qdacbrzx.com]qdacbrzx[/link]

Hello Nancy!Haven't decided wtehher to get a tree this year. I might go to the farmer's market and get a bunch of branches and stick them in an urn and hang lights and ornaments on them. Thanks to Carrie's suggestion, I entered a holiday tablescape contest the other day, so the dining room table is all decked out (will cover with a sheet so it will stay clean until Christmas). I've got a wreath on the door and one on the gate, and I'm sitting on my hands so I won't head over to eBay and start looking at vintage ornaments. Wow, very impressive deaorcting! I LOVE the little elves climbing up the ladder And your step-father is pretty skilled with the snow-sculpturing. We just decorated the house for Christmas today (Saturday). Only the outside is left to do, but my lights are not working so I need to buy a few new sets, sigh.
