For starters, he's a likely felon.

I have heard a lot of snowmobilers brag over the years about how they can out run the police.. It's not worth it, just stop!! I have F1100 turbo and live in MN where the laws with sleds are quite strict, 50 mph speed limit,etc.. cops want a word with me I stop!! do I follow the laws to a tee? heck no!! If ya can't do the time, don't do the crime!!!!
