I wish textron would have followed through on their promise to release a 4XX, and turbo versions of the XX and 4XX. The machine made a big splash when released, but with no changes, or updates (besides replacing the team built components) its been left to die on the vine.
Releasing them would have vastly increased sales, and prevented them from losing a $45 million lawsuit to Robby
krom is right- its a shame whats goin on- you had great models in the past- trail- sport- wildcat x and 4 … today? just sad – and you can build good motors i know- ive got 22.000kms on my 650h1 and 11.000kms on my wildcat 1000- no need for yamaha or other brand !!
in europe you had a good base of dealers …all gone
now seems the 1000cc limit is gone- or ignored we just can dream bout nice motors for the wildcats- imagine an 2×700 parallel cylinder or an nice big H-twin with like 1400 cc or more ;-))
