(November 19, 2012) – On the cusp of the 2012 -2013 race season Christian Brothers Racing will hit the track at backed by a family of sponsors that includes both new and returning names. Perhaps the biggest new name fans will see CBR representing on the track is Michelob Golden Draft Light.
“We’re excited about having Michelob Golden Draft Light as a sponsor this season,” said Christian Brothers Racing team co-owner Dwight Christian. “Snowmobile racing fans like to have a good time at the races and now they will have a sled to cheer on.”
That sled will be the No. 48 of Garth Kaufman. Kaufman’s Arctic Cat will feature an exclusive Michelob Golden Draft Light design at all of the ISOC National events as well as USXC cross-country and possibly the Winter X Games.
Another new sponsor is ODI Grips. Best known for its motorcycle grips which are used by top motocross racers such as Andrew Short and Cole Seeley, ODI also makes the best grips for ATV, street, watercraft and snowmobiles. ODI Ruffian grips for snowmobiles feature the exclusive ODI Diamonized Ruffian grip pattern that provides unmatched feel and grip.
“We’ve used ODI grips and they are hands down the best on the market,” said CBR rider Logan Christian. “You’d be surprised the advantage a good handlebar grip can give you on the track. They work.”
These new sponsors will be joining the rest of the CBR family of sponsors that includes Arctic Cat, DRIFT Racing, Troy Lee Designs, Stud Boy Traction, FOX, Camoplast, Speedwerx, C&A Pro, Mitsuboshi, Scott, Sportech, EvolvedSX, APV Synthetic Oil, West Central, Inc. Soygreen and Minnesota United Snowmobilers Association.
“We have the best sponsors in snowmobiling and we plan to represent them through winning and professionalism during the 2012-2013 season,” said Dwight Christian.
The first event on the Christian Brothers Racing schedule takes place this coming weekend when the team heads to Duluth, Minnesota, to compete in the ISOC Duluth National at Sprit Mountain in Duluth. CLICK HERE or more information on Christian Brothers Racing.
